Project Manager
Sinatra IT Solutions (June 2023 – Till Date)
My recent role as a Project Manager at Sinatra IT Solutions showcases my ability to lead and deliver successful projects. Since June 2023, I have been responsible for providing technology strategy planning and integrating information technologies into the company for optimal effectiveness. I ensure that the company's software programs are regularly renewed and upgraded and that employees adhere to computer use policies and information security protocols. Additionally, I actively participate in the recruitment, orientation, and training of new IT staff, showcasing my dedication to team building and management.
Web Developer
SAJO Consultancy PVT LTD (Aug 2022 – Sept 2022)
Before getting promoted to Business Development Manager, I used my technical expertise as a Web Developer at SAJO Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. from August 2022 to September 2023. I was responsible for developing a high-quality website and CRM software for the company. Here, I have utilized my proficiency in programming languages such as PHP, AJAX, Python, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, and MySql. I also automated tasks, reviewed and debugged code, and collaborated with internal teams to fix and improve products. My attention to detail and commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest technologies ensured the delivery of cutting-edge solutions.
Business Development Manager
SAJO Consultancy PVT LTD (Sept 2022 – May 2023)
Prior to my role as a Project Manager, I served as a Business Development Manager at SAJO Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. from September 2022 to May 2023. In this position, I played a crucial role in building and maintaining business relationships. I identified trendsetter ideas by conducting industry research and contacting potential partners. I evaluated options and resolved internal priorities, while also exploring new business opportunities. My commitment to confidentiality and my willingness to accept new and different requests enhanced the organization's reputation and added value to my job accomplishments.
Sr. Developer
Touch Payment Services Pvt Ltd (Nov 2019 – June 2022)
From November 2019 to June 2022, I served as a Sr. Developer at Touch Payment Services Pvt. Ltd. In this role, I all by myself, developed a high-quality international web payment portal and its backend, ensuring the efficient execution of tasks, and payment policies in three different nations (USA, UK, India) during the development life cycle and even after deplyoment. I automated all the tasks, reviewed and debugged code, and collaborated with internal teams and vendors to enhance products. Here, I also played a significant role in various business activities, including client communications, marketing, and sales. My multifaceted skill set allowed me to contribute to both technical and business aspects of the organization.
Computer Shop Owner
MERA Computer (May 2018 – Aug 2019)
My entrepreneurial spirit led me to become a Computer Shop Owner at MERA Computer from May 2018 to August 2019. In this role, I set up hardware, installed software and drivers, and maintained and repaired technological equipment. I also managed networks and security options, ensuring the privacy and protection of computer systems, in various organizations. Additionally, during this period of time, I provided technical support and negotiated contracts, showcasing my business acumen.

During my freelancing period from October 2016 to April 2018, I worked as a Freelancer Web Developer. I actively pursued projects by placing bids on various portals and negotiated deals with clients. My skills in writing well-designed, efficient code, creating website layouts, and integrating data from various back-end web services and databases made me a sought-after developer. My ability to stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends allowed me to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
​My professional journey began as a Web Developer at Soft Creator Technologies from July 2014 to September 2016. During this period, I gained valuable experience in web development best practices, creating website layouts, and integrating data from back-end web services and databases. I collaborated with stakeholders to gather requirements and refine specifications, ensuring the successful delivery of projects. I also stayed plugged into emerging technologies and industry trends, applying them to operational activities.

Completed Higher Secondary Education (12th Grade) from MP Board Bhopal. In my 12th grade I was in science group and studies physics, chemistry, mathematics and two languages i.e. Hindi & English.

Completed High School Education (10th Grade) from MP Board Bhopal and studied Science, Social Science, Mathematics and three languages - Hindi, English & Sanskrit.
